Repair of ligaments/fascia February 1, 2023 Reviewer: MSvat from CA   I have had chronic Lyme and Bartonella for over a decade.  One annoying symptom is involuntary muscle tension on the left side of my body, which has affected my posture and especially puts strain on one of my knee ligaments.  When I first starting taking this supplement I got really tired, and slept deep and long.  So I recommend starting this one at night.  I’m glad it is the low dose version of this peptide.  Over time, I have now gotten better with my posture and stronger in my knee ligaments, as confirmed by my chiropractor.  I am cautiously starting to jog/run again.  I have been on the same Rifampin+Azithromycin combo for quite a while, so I dont think it is that alone.  It feels a lot like when I did 2 courses of hyperbaric oxygen, lots of healing going on.  A little like when you start turning the corner on a bad cold, or after a good workout, you feel the repair and then the strength… it’s a good kind of tired, not the bad foggy kind.
