This is a great product that works well. I get a response after only one drop so take it slow when you start it. And with respect to the other low review - it's made from a root so the little pieces floating in it are tiny fragments of that. Supposed to be there and certainly not indicative of anything wrong with the product! All good herbal tinctures have that.

Product doesn’t appear to be completely dissolved. It has dark brownish red solids floating in it. Doesn’t go into solution even with shaking.

You never know if its marketing hype or truly a good product till you try it.
I've tried Samento and Cat's Claw.  I've noticed Samento stopped my 'restless leg' symptoms at night time, but regular Cat's Claw did not.  Medical profesionals say this product is better and I have to agree.
