I have Lyme disease with a lot of nerve irritation ( twitching).  It makes it difficult to fall asleep.  This product helped to initiate sleep. I also use Ambien for more difficult nights trying to fall asleep.  This product is my natural alternate.

It arrived as indicated in the photos and the packaging was also good quality. The bottle is bigger than many of the similar products I have bought from Amazon  Since I have just received I can;t comment on if it works.
