Shipping & Return Policy


  • You pay the cost of shipping at check out unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
  • We ship your products within 24 hours on business days after the order is placed. Generally orders placed by 2 PM CST will ship the same day on regular business days. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM (CST) may be shipped on the following Monday. In general our business days are Monday through Friday.
  • Back ordered and out of stock items will ship within 1-2 business days once they are in stock.

Business days are Monday through Friday from 9-5 PM CST and do not include federal holidays or the Friday after Thanksgiving.


Original sales receipt must accompany all returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • unopened
  • within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
If an item is received damaged or the wrong item is shipped by us, please email us immediately for Customer Support. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for replacement, store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Be sure to include original receipt.

You MUST contact Customer Support by email within 30 days of delivery date if you intend to return ANY item to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days or WITHOUT sales receipt will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
